Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours before arrival date. Any reservation cancelled before this time will be cancelled free of charge. Any reservations cancelled after this time will incur a late cancellation fee. The first nights accommodation will be charged to the card provided on booking. This late cancellation fee is non refundable. Please call our reservations team 00353 52 6122388 or email us [email protected] by 3.00pm 48 hours before your arrival date for free cancellation.
No Show Policy
In the event of a guests non- arrival (no show), the first nights accommodation charge will be automatically applied to the credit card that was provided to guarantee the reservation on booking or billed back to the company where credit facilities are established.
Payment Policy
Your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation, however no payment is taken at the time of booking (this excludes all advanced purchase and pre-paid reservations) Reservations cancelled outside the cancellation policy will incur a late cancellation as putline in our cancellation policy above. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline the Hotel also reserves the right to advise of this accordingly and can request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.
Rate Rules & Restrictions
At check-in, the front desk will verify your departure date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early price may be subject to change. All third party website bookings will be charged in full for the nights made on booking. All rates are quoted subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates are limited offers and may be subject to a minimum night stay.
Group Bookings
All groups bookings of 5 or more rooms require a deposit to guarantee and confirm the group. A Deposit €100 per room is required on booking. Cancellation Policy for groups of 5 rooms or more is 7 days in advance. The remainder of the balance is due 7 days prior to arrival, any cancellations after this time are non refundable. Children Policy
All children are welcome in Hotel Minella
Children aged from 0-3 years are Free of Charge.
Children aged from 3- 12 years €30 per child per night
Children aged from 12-18 years 50% Adult Rate
Anyone over 18 is charged as Adult
Cots are available on request but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please advise at the time of booking if you require a cot and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Non-Smoking Policy (Including E Cigarettes & Vapes)
All Bedrooms and indoor public areas at Hotel Minella are non-smoking.
The Hotel requests that all guests do not smoke in any bedroom or indoor public area. Anyone found in breach of this policy will be subject to a deep cleaning fee of €100 and may be asked to leave the premises immediately and will be subject to prosecution.
Alcohol Safe Policy
Only alcohol purchased from Hotel Minella can be consumed on the premises.
Guests under the age of 18 years are strictly prohibited from drinking alcohol on the premises. It is illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under the age of 18. Bar staff cannot serve anyone who is considered to be drunk.
Persons found anywhere on site with alcohol not purchased from Hotel Minella will be refused service and may be asked to leave.
Hotel Minella reserves the right to confiscate alcoholic beverages brought onto the property. Confiscated alcoholic beverages will be returned after check-out and on payment of the relevant corkage charges

Food Policy
Only food purchased and prepared in Hotel Minella is allowed to be consumed in the Hotel. No outside food is allowed on the premise at any time.
Property Policy
In the event of guest’s behaviour being unacceptable to Hotel Minella, Management reserves the right to insist on the offending individual(s) removal from the premise.
Furthermore, the client undertakes to pay all reasonable costs incurred in making good any breakages or damage to Hotel Minella directly or indirectly from the behavior or conduct of the guest or the guest’s visitors. We reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card in case of damages.
Bedroom Corridors are for registered guests only.
Please be informed that guests are not allowed to have any non-registered guests in their bedrooms at any time.
Parking Policy
Free onsite parking is available to all guests of Hotel Minella. Cars are parked at owners risk and Hotel Minella is not liable for any damage to cars. Designated parking spaces are allocated for disability access, please ensure to only use these parking spaces if you have a disability parking badge clearly displayed on you car. Any cars parked here without displaying this badge will be asked to move.
EV Charging Policy
Electric Car charging facilities are available on request from our front desk at Hotel Minella, please contact our team at the front desk first before availing of the charging facilities. Anyone found to be availing of facilities without prior notice or payment will incur a fee.
